Default Anyone one have additional info on Type S and Sir?

Ok guys..I need any info you have concerning the Type S or SiR preludes (JDM) of course..

any links, info, brochures etc..would be helpful.

I know the Type S has ATTS while the SiR has an LSD...but I have heard and read that the SiR has 220hp, and also that it only has 194hp.

Lets get the JDM models straightened out once and for all..

TIA

Here is a press release from Honda concerning a Lude they call the SiR spec S??

http://world.honda.com/news/1998/4980924a.html

It says it has an LSD in the first paragraph...then later says it has 4WS..

anyone make sense of this?

type-S has no moon-roof/ sun-roof, has CF Cluster,... Has Type-SH rims and yellow stiches on wheel, and leather and cloth on seats

no, the fuel cut on a "type S" or SIR spec S is 7900, revving it over 8000 wouldnt be a good idea if you want to keep the valvetrain happy

220ps = 217hp

when everyone says they got "type S motor" they really have an Sir spec-S motor

I was reading that link that was posted up and I really wish that gave us the option of Navi, that would be cool. I use to think that the Type S & SiR S-SPec Prelude was this much faster prelude but it doesn't look like its worth the money it would be nice to have all of those items such as LSD and 217hp (220ps) as a USDM Standard, But its not worth forking out so much money to ours like it. Just my 2 cents.

p.s. Don't get me wrong though I would love to have to those items. hehehehe
