Interior Spray Paint...yay or nay?
I have a black interior on my 90 ls integra....I'm going for a red/black interior. I was wondering if you all would consider painting some of my accessories (dash, handles, etc.) with interior spray paint cheesy or untasteful. What are some good brands or paint?

dont do it man ! save yourself the pain. my stepdad used fabric black pain on his old car. the paint must have been bad or something because it faded bad and also came of on ppls cloths!

Actually i think if you do it right, with the right colors.. and take your time it would come out fine...
Such as sanding, primering, painting, and clear coating.. with numerous slow coats and letting it dry for around 5 days it would be fine... I did it in my car because my brother f'ed it up before painting it bright white while the interior is brown and tan.. so i repainted it tan... I rushed it and messed up once but on the other places it looks decent. If i could do it again and take my time i think it would be fine,It will only chip if you dont let it dry and if you dont give it enough clear coats.. and OFCOARSE if you scratch it with your metal radio bracket... I'de do it, if i couldnt find someone to professionaly wrap it or something..

I used Krylon spray paint on my old ride and used clear coat. iT looked great for the 3 1/2 years that i had it. never flaked or anything. i cleaned the parts good. layed down a base primer and went to town. However, one thing to keep in mind is the color. If the color doesn't fit the interior, it'll look like ****.
nay! you'll regret it later down the line. especially if you screw up.
