Do the lightweight flywheels fit/benifit on Auto trannies ? B18B for example

im not sure but I think that the Flexplate an Auto uses, combines both the function of a clutch + flywheel...however the Auto may also have a flywheel, im not positive.

if you're wondering if a 5speed lightened flywheel works in conjunction with an Auto tranny....it won't. It's a totally different design of flywheel.

if i remember correctly, and i'd like to think that i do, my old 88 beretta GT had a flywheel. it might have been a different design, but there was a flywheel.
