Not sure about the CL tranny, because the J32A2 rotates reverse of 5th gens. You will have to stick to C-series trannies.

I have been trying to find a cl-s 6 speed to swap into mine but i have not found the tranny yet. However I am fairly sure that since the Cl and the AV6 have motors from the same family i.e. av6=J30a1 and the cl-s=J32something that they should be bolt on swaps. You will have to deal with putting in the clutch system as well as the shifter linkage and possibly change your pedal set to accomidate the clutch pedal. This is all just speculation because i have not done the swap but i am wanting to do it. Hopefully i will have it done by the fall as long as i can find a Tranny.

Good point tranny will fit same motors just Displacement 3.0 Vs 3.2 block, also worry about shifter in the Center consual, well its 2003 so there been CL-S since 2002 i belive with 6 speeds there plenty of totaled cars and stolen cars out there that are parted out good luck let us know how its would be , What I would do is get motor and tranny and one fast stock accord sleeper !!
