Back in January I won an auction for an arospeed mid pipe with resonator to complete my b17 installation in my 89 std model. This item was one of many items auctioned by ebay user RobertBray. The name and adress provided was Dan Johnsgard, springfield Oregon. After my payment was received, he sent an email stating that the item was going to be shipped. Two months later, nothing. Repeated emails ignored and telephone number disconnected. What pisses me off the most is that out of about ten items auctioned, all the others were delivered , all but one quickly. The last was received about a month ago. I contacted this user and he said the seller said he was in the process of moving. Soooo... If anyone sees this name with any classifieds, don't send him sh-t. He still had a civic/ls for sale and a bunch of related items. Just a heads up so no one else gets their money stolen and time wasted .

Do you still have all of him info such as addy and telephone? also if it was a good amount of money contact ebay they will remburst you. and if all else fails turn around and sue his *** for ripping you off

 

I don't believe that he is a ht user, just a heads up to anyone that might come across him selling the rest of his ef related items. He had an unfinished b18b ef for sale in Springfield OR. To donkey85, the telephone number is no longer connected, and the last person to receive their item said that he took about a month, and was in the process of moving. I made a fraud report at ebay
but nothing happened excepting his suspension from ebay which makes no difference as he has sold all his goods and moved on. He is unregistered and I happened to be the last person. Everyone else got their items.

i have been scammed twice in last month on ebay as well.
one for 120 and 235. pisses me off. did my fraud report
and now gonna try to make a claim. too many scammers on ebay nowadays
so watch out!

 

Doesn't ebay do any thing about the scammer?
