02 sensors could be crossed, I had this happen to me and the code would not come on until later on when I drove the car.

If youve done many b16 swaps then I would assume you have the read the valve cover. VTEC not vtech. All aside, was the car fully warmed up before you took off, if not the o2 sensors were causing it to run way rich, thus resulting in hesitation. Hopes this helps, just depends on the o2 sensor, older ones are worse.

I have an 88 CRX Si with a 1st gen b16 and get a "studder" after the motor is warmed up and driving on the highway.
How do I chedk to see if the O2 sensors are crossed?

I dont think so. It only happens after ive been cruising on the hwy for a while and it actually goes away ABOVE 4000 rpms? A friend of mine had a GS-R motor swapped into his CRX at the same shop that did mine and it does the same thing. The other way to fix it is to shut the car off (while cruising at hwy speed) and turn it back on. Resetting the ecu seems to fix it. If I remember, it was throwing a code for the O2 sensor.

I just switched the two wires from the o2's going to the ECU and it solved my problem. Were you having this problem at constant throttle? That is when it was the worst on mine, felt like it was going to blow up.

Mine does it at constant throttle while cruising on the highway. Car just loses power and misfires. I'll give the crossed wires a try.
