RPM cut off on stock 99 type R

I just got my R back today so I was having fun and briging everyone for rides. (chicks love it)

anyways it looks like my cut off is arround 9k? is that right? or is the tach off?

The stock tach is too slow to be really precise.

ECU cutoff= 8600 rpm

On the 97 brochure it says 8500 for fuel cut
