wondering if a hood for a 94 civic hatch would fit on a 95 4 door civic? and the other way around? thinking about buying a VIS oem style CF hood for my girls 4 door ex for our 3 year ann. but if she doesn't like it,or won't accept it cuz it is a big gift.... i was wondering if it would fit on my hatch? thanks

 

I may be wrong but I don't believe that they can be swapped. Correct me here if I am wrong guys. I believe that it could work for the coupe but not the sedan.

 

yeah i'm pretty sure that the sedan hood is different from that of the coupe/hb...at least thats what i've beleived for a while since they have different part numbers and that theres always 2 types of selections (2dr/hb and 4dr/sedan)...anyone know for sure?

sedan is longer...I experienced that first hand. I got mine from FI over the summer...they sent me a 4door hood first. hope that helps
