I think I might know, I was actually going to ask about this a week ago. I was installing a replacement antenna on my rex last week. While I was running the antenna cable I notice a thick plastic tube was running down the same path as the antenna wire. My guess was that this tube was the drain tube for the sunroof. To my suprise later on while I was running cable under the dash, I noticed the same tube came to end right there. My guess is this tube is your culprit.

This actually happened to two of my friends who both drive Hondas. In both cars it had something to do with their air conditioners.

major suckage. Just check everything that drains out in that area; most of the answers are right in front of you. Don't let a simple problem stump you.

Anyone know what tube I am talking about, it seems kind of weird that any tube would drain stop and drain into the passenger compartment.

I've had an a/c connection problem on my passenger side, a metal bar that held a piece of foam type stuff over a crack where the air flowed and the cold air would cause condensation and I'd get puddles on my passenger floorboard, not sure if that same part runs under the driver side dash, look around.

edit: obviously this happend rain or no rain so ex that

Mine gets a load of water coming in from the air vent intake, located under the grill below winshield wiper. Same problem as you- wet foot syndrome. I haven't bothered to fix it but I have traced the leak positively to there.

wet foot syndrome here too.... it makes for a nice surprise when you are wearing shorts and you feel a splash around your ankle.

it hardly rains in cali so I'm not gonna chase it down
