WTB-either a p28 or p72 obd1
I need either a p28 or a p72 ecu. It doesn't matter if it is chipped or not-preferably chipped but oh well. I am in desperate need of one of these ecu's. Thanks for the help in advance. Thanks and God Bless!

will running a jdm ecu on a stock 95 usdm gsr swap cause any cels or otherwise any problems with the engine? will it run the same as if it had a usdm ecu?

i wouldnt recommend running a stock p28 on a gsr swap....it'll still work, start, and drive, but i wouldnt run it. just my opinion....and yes it should be very identical to the usdm ecu

ya, i know about the p28 on the gsr thing because i drove it like that and it sucked (this is my friend's car btw not mine). i was asking about the jdm p72 on the usdm b18c engine. its a 95 obd1 swap, and i'm asking about a jdm p72 ecu. how would that run?

the jdm p72 is almost identical to the usdm p72. Only thing that i know thats different is that you cant chip a jdm p72 for some reason. Thats what i've heard.....but it should run perfectly fine......also, who knows if this is true or not, but i remember reading some where that jdm ecu's are supposedly more aggressive than the usdm ones. Who knows though.... lol
