Default Wrecked the hatch tonight...

Figured everyone else makes these posts, might as well add to them. I basically rearended someone tonight on my way to school. I got a ticket. Long story, but I somehow got the blame for a 4 car crash. Pics will be up soon probably. Look for posts in the classifieds as I may end up parting it out if the insurance doesn't hook me up.

wait...so you rearended someone...and they blame you??? Thats not right...I dont even understand how thats possible....
Well I doubt insurance is gonna hook you up, unless you have full coverage...then expect a rate hike...

good luck man, its sorry to hear, but be glad youre not hurt

Yeah it will be your fault cause the law says that anyone that rearends is to be blamed...

Just like if you make a left turn on yellow and the car coming from opposite direction hits you (even if he ran the light) you will be at fault.

first he was being sarcastic

and second you are turning into ONCOMMING TRAFFIC
your damn right its your fault if you get hit.

and not EVERYTIME its the person who rearends someone's fault. but most times, yes.

thats what you get for following too closley.

I don't know guys, but I got the blame for 3 other cars wrecking, and that sucks. dont' know what I'm gonna do about another car now. My foot hurts,m ight have broke my toe, but I'll live. The wreck was pretty nasty though.

Hey man thanks, you too. Too bad we haven't gotten to chill at another one.

Dont' know what I'm gonna do about everything, or if I'll stick w/Honda. I was thinking about trying something new but I might just get a swapped out car since I never got to do it myself. I've still got so many car parts lying around that I never got to put on, so I need something I can still use them with. Hopefully the insurance gives me like 3000 or so, then I'll be happy, but I don't see that happening. We'll see peeps and I'll keep you posted.

Thanks for the support everyone

In my accident the mexican guy that caused the accident is trying to sue me/my ins company because I rear ended the truck that hit him.

We were doing 20-30mph tops. The truck came to an abrupt stop (To which he admits later that he hit the guy and didn't even feel me hit him) I tried to stop but slid into him (@ maybe 15-20 mph tops). I slid underneath his bumper.

So someone tell me how my 2200lb car which slid underneath a 3500+ american truck (Older one too, made out of steel) @ 15-20mph and manages to push him into another vehicle and write said vehicle off.

I ******* hate people that try to get over on ins. They are reasons ins companies charge ridiculous rates.
