98 Accord internal transmission failure (60,000 miles). I've notified dealer that transmission stalls and a very loud noise is heard while driving from rear and bottom since approx 20,000 miles. Dealer records do not show my complaints. Maintenance records show my complaints at 40,000 miles (after warranty ends - coincidence?). American Honda does not return my calls. What to do?

look in owners manual, find number for customer service in your area
should be a 1-800 #
they are usually pretty good, if that does not work call dealership and request meeting with district service rep.
