ok heres the problem. i have a friend that im trading ecus with. he has a b16 obd1 ecu (p30) and i have a p28 ecu mugen spec'd to dohc. anyway up to this point we know that both ecus are good, he took his out yesterday, and i tried to swap them today. anyway i go ahead and swap them, fire my motor up, and nothing. nothing starts... fuel pump is not priming. i put back my p28, fuel pump primes and it starts like normal. what could be wrong here? could there been somehow damage when he took it out or what not? i dunno if it will work in his car now, we'll have to see. i checked all the pins, and they look normal, nothing bent nothing gone. please help me out. thanks.
