fuel pressure guage reading low

Default LOOK!!! fuel pressure guage reading low

i have a 91 honda crx with a b16 in it and i just put a b&m fuel guage on it.
it was reading 40 and thats when i gave it a shot of gas at wide open..
isnt it suspose to be higher then that?
could filter be cloged?
i have reg. but i havent got it on yet

40 PSI is a little high, SOHC usually run best around 36-38 with the vacumn off the top of the FPR thats the same way as with open throttle. When you unhook the hose it should sit at 40PSI and around 32PSI with the vacumn on
