IMHO H&R Sport springs are too soft for the amount they drop. However I'm using Koni shocks, and I heard the Konis themselves drop about 1/2" even if the perch is on the top position, but I'm going to have to verify that. But between H&R and Sprint I would definitely go w/ H&R. How many Porsche race cars do you see using Sprint springs?
When I can afford it I will be changing out my H&R springs in favor of custom rate Koni-specific Ground Control coilovers.

The cup kit is also a matches shock and spring combination, so you're getting a total suspension setup not just some shocks and some sprints.
I installed the cup kit on my street ride this weekend, seems to be pretty nice so far.
Also installed the road race coil overs on my CRX but haven't gotten a chance to drive it.
Cup kit is a good bang for the buck.
