Default Auto to Manual tensioner, search isn't working.....need directions! ;)

Hey everyone,
We're doing the auto to manual tensioner conversion on an H22A1 tonight, and I was wondering if someone has a link to a thread that has good directions and pictures/diagrams....anything would be helpful!!!
Search isn't working right now We have all the parts, just need directions I know that some people have run into some tricky parts with this conversion, so I need to make sure we do it right....
Thanks a TON!!!!

Where did that washer that everyone was having trouble with go? Also, for the L bracket (it goes between the 2 bearings, right?) which hole on the bracket does the bolt that the bearings are on go through?
I printed the page off hondaautomotiveparts.com, but it doesn't show exactly what goes where...
I'm not too worried about it, just want to make sure we don't make any stupid mistakes I have a tendency to do that.....

the big *** washer goes directly against the block, in between the block and the long rod looking thing
