ODB1 - ODB0 engine harness conversion?

ODB1 - ODB0 engine harness conversion?
I need to convert the ODB1 B17A harness to plug into my factory harness. I all ready have the harness adapter to make the P61 ECU work.
Does anyone have information on how to do this? Please help me out if you can.

So you simply want to convert to OBD-I? and then add the B17A VTEC wires and knock sensor (I assume it has one)?
