I had my wheels off this weekend, inspecting my bits and pieces. I noticed most of the bushings are squashed, cracked, and generally in terrbile shape.
First, where should I look for new ones? Should I go with standard issue Honda rubber bushings, or step up to urethene? I'll probably replace shocks and springs, too. I'd installed some Energy Suspension bushings in my GS-R, and honestly it wasn't too hard at all. I just walked out the old ones with a drill and squeezed in the new ones.
Second - how hard is this job? Is it something I could accomplish over a weekend with my somewhat limited tool resource and experience? If I take it to a shop that charges $55 an hour, how much would I expect to pay?
My Prelude is a daily driver, and it's starting to get really jarring and hoppy. It needs help...

i got my bushings for my lower control arm done and I paid 20$ for the OEM part and i got charged like an hour for the labor. Its not that difficult to do it would probably take you a couple of hours, I would of done it I just dont have the time. Off the topic but where did you get your JDM B20? how much? And is it a direct bolt in? Let me know my original B21 is pretty shot and dont want an H22 its too much of a hassle and I'm looking for an upgraded engine that drops right in. TIA
