Default D16Z6 into my '91 CRX Si questions

Ok I got the motor into my car and everything all bolted up...got a new AEM fuel rail into it and then tried to fire it up. No luck...it's turning, but it won't stay on...the injectors were my first thought so I swapped out the injectors, so I'm not quite sur ewhat is wrong w/ my car...it hasn't been running in over a year so I'm not too sure about the condition of the gasoline, but I added new gas, new coolant, new oil...every fluid imaginable. I need to get this car up and running. Then I started to think that maybe it was the distributor. Which distributor am I supposed to use on this swap? The stock one or the Z6? Any help would be greatly appreciated...thx a lot. Could a vaccuum leak be part of the problem? I think I "forgot" to attach that one bolt that's like right in the middle of the intake manifold on the bottom...jes cuz I didn't think it would make a diff. I can get the CRX to run w/ some ethanol into the throttle body, but the second that I take it away it dies. Any thoughts? Thx again for any help.

'91 ECU, the car shop ordered me a P28 ECU and then I was like how much was that and they told me $190, and I was like no...you can use the stock ECU no doubt. So they were like ok...

with the A6 ecu you need to use the A6 dist and A6 injectors
a friend of mine put a Z6 in his HF using the Z6 dist and HF ecu. It ran like ***, he pulled 1 or 2 of the sparkplug wires and the motor ran better than with them all connected lol

The injectors make a diff? I pulled the injectors off a B16 engine at the shop. and they fit just fine. The A6 distributor won't bolt up to all the points on the CRX will it? Only like 1 or 2 bolts right?

OK so your using the PM6 ECU? Then you should be running a injector resistor box with obd-0 injectors. And also you should be using the D16A6 distributor the only way you can run the Z6 dist. is if you convert your car to obd-1. Oh and your going to have to do some fabricating to get the A6 dist. to mount onto the Z6. And yes only 2 or so of the bolts will be holding it.
