OK... my friends superchaged gsr started acting weird on him yesterday... the car did not idle at all, and it just died all of a sudden, then he would start it again and it would not idle... well i checked the spark plugs and found out that 3 of them were in really bad condition, the tip of three were almost gone, the tips were basically destroyed.... well after we changed them, it seemed to be fine so he drove it to get gas and come back home... then today he started the car and it started to make a really ugly noise, it sounded like a piece of metal was inside the engine and was just rubbing against something... and again, the engine doesnt idle, does anyone know what is wrong with it??

Broken spark plugs = a Bad Thing (TM)

Pull the head. You'll figure out what went wrong when you do.

 

ouch.. time for a new block. Or maybe it can be salvaged if the cylinder walls aren't scored too bad.
