Where can i get springs with rates 425+lbs ???

I am looking for springs with rates of 400lbs and up where can i get a set ? and what is the average cost ?

Also does anyone here know how i can adjust Toe and caster on a 93 Civic hatchback ?

whiteline makes a caster kit, or you could swap your uca's. what it will do for you is doubtful though.

toe? crawl under your car with some wrenches and a tape measure.
