Main journels.....wear limit?

Main journels.....wear limit?
Im wondering if there is a wear limit i guess on teh main journels on an h23.
Ive spun a bearing/bent crank/blew ringland/and ge sleeved the block and so i was told i needed to have the main journels line bored, so i did.
I think i spun a bearing again, maybe more than one. If the journels need to be lined bored again is there a limit to how much it can be bored?
