Will your phoenix gold amp power the w6's well? Do u have a box for the subs?
When you say new in box... do you mean the original box? or the subwoofer box?

the phoenix will power a pair of interior speakers and one sub. but won't power both..it can but not recommended.

the jl's are dual voice coil 6 ohm. so 2 wired up is a 1.5 ohm load. need an amp stabe enough..

or pick up a 3rd w6. so it sees a 4 ohm load or can be wired for a one ohm if amp is stable enough. all this stereo **** is confusing.

the subs never been run or installed...new in jl cardboard boxes heh
