4th gen EL gauge cluster, is this one?

Im pretty sure this is an EL cluster and its not just a bad glare.... and is that white/silver box up there part of the inverter thats needed along with it?

Yes it is and what it looks like is one from an SI 94-96 Prelude.

that is the correct display for the EL. If you are putting it in a 92-93 lude you will need the wire harness for the 94-96 also unless your good at soldering.....
