Default Is this a good buy>?

I was looking on Ebay and I found these elctro looking gauges? Are they any good? I have a 95 S prelude five speed. I know my RPM redline will be off by 2000 RPM's but that aint no matter? So should I get them? I need to decide before I goto school tom. thanks in advance
