Ok heres the deal my friend is selling me his GSR motor out of a 96 teg for cheap i mean cheap now i have been looking for a motor i was going to go ls or b16 but my question is will it fit my car? 88 dx if so how much work and what all is needed he will give me every like ecu tranny (wont fit i know that already).

One more thing any pics on someone putting a teg dash in an HF???

700 dollars for a gsr, it either needs a rebuild, stolen, or the guy whose sellin its a moron.

 

A guy locally bought a 99 GSR swap for 600. The guy that sold it was in jail, and needed bail money. Lucky bastard.

 

same intall as b16, u may want to do some research on the ecu and axles i think they are different not shure. (correct me if i'm wrong)

Nice deal, the motor is fairly simple, you will just have to convert from obd0 to obd1, but that a failrly easy task at hand. SO good luck with it.
