Dynoed my car and it peaked between 8900 and 9000. This is on a stock bottom end b18c1. I was suprised it pulled that high. I would post a sheet, but I need the software. The final #'s were 176hp and 121tq. A friend just dynoed his JDM R motor with Spec b's and peaked at 8800. His final #'s were 188hp and 126 tq.

 

It varies, but usully betweeen 8-9000.
My motor peaked at just past 9000. It varies with other mods
done to the engine.

 

Cool, I was just suprised my crowers peaked that high.

 

It also depends on the head, with a stock head it is like steve said usually right above 9000 but if you have some headwork done (not just a P&P) then the peak moves up higher

That is rediculously high for peak HP y'all!!! Damn, if you make 17X @ 8.8K, what do you make at 7.5K? 120? (j/k). Does the power dy off fast after peak? If not, 10K here you come. -C

 

Well it is a stock bottom end, so I was not too willing to push it any further, Besides, the ecu cuts out at 9200. I need some more compression!
