Default difference between vtec and i-vtec??????????

i never really thought about it, but what is the difference between vtec and i-vtec? what has more potential for high performance and racing?????

I addition to the normal Vtec function, i-VTEC also alters the cam timeing.

what i-vtec does is it has adjustable cam gears that are electronically controlled, for advancing/retarding cam timing continuously. its crazy ****. i
