Ignition setup on OBDII

Ignition setup on OBDII
I plan to upgrade my ignition when I'll be turbo, I have an 99SI obdII engine and ecu, I also have a msd BTM. I think of geting something like that:
msd 6al + blaster coil + some wire + distributor cap
or
crane Hi6s + lx coil+ wire + cap.
Will I have any problem as I'm OBD2 with any of this setup, do I need anything else?
Does my BTM will style work with those setup?
