ok ..im installing a catch can in 45 minutes and its my first time id like to know the correct way..
you read the title im sure, otherwise you wouldnt be reading this right now..im installing a greddy catch can on my buddys gsr and id like to know the correct way to run the hoses..i have common sense... so i know the basic idea of it and i know how to install it ... i just need to know the "correct way" ... id like to know what hose goes where and why it goes there..thanks (i put this in the eg forum because this forum moves pretty fast and id like a quick answer)
you install the lines to "catch" the oil between the pcv valve and the intake manifold. (on a gsr the pcv valve is down under the intake manifold on the air water separator box. you run a line from that valve to the can and another line from the can back to the large nipple on the top middle of the intake manifold.
i have an integra too if you have trouble mounting yours i put mine by the abs modulator. (also a greddy one)

so i connect one to the brass nipple on the intake manifold(he has a b18c1 with a skunk 2 intake manifold) and the other hose to the pcv valve.....so pretty much the atch can just replaces the hose that connects the pcv valve to the intake manifold...sweet
