I would ditch the XS intercooler, the hondata, lower the piston compression to 9.0 or so with that size turbo---because you will need to run high boost pressure to put that turbo in its efficiency range, aem sprockets only if the new ones--i would go with another personally, no need for the expensive motec 3bar go with gm or aem 3.5 bar.
Cant really think of anything else.

Oh yeah. Stainless fuel lines back and forth would be nice.

Everything sounds pretty good to me. I agree with LS, dont waste your money on the motec 3bar when you can get the GM 3bar map sensor for $40-80 bucks. Also, stay with the stock OEM headgasket. The new AEM adj cam gears also are a little better then the older designs as far as when it comes to "slipping." A lot of guys are going higher compression with their turbo's these days, it allows for a little bit more hp. But keep in mind, it will leave you with less of a safe-range while tuning your motor, its your call. I would stick with the hondata personally if you are just looking for an everyday driver.

ya setup sounds good, i'd rather run the skunk2 cam gears or any other with a 6 bolt design.
