I am planning on buying a MIG welder in the near future and was wondering how high an amperage one I should get.

I am mostly planning to weld unibody chassis and maybe weld frame rail thick steel onto a unibody chassis. I don't really know how thick it is but I thought maybe you all had some input as far as brands, places to buy, good deals, or something else that would be helpful.
