The S2K CD Player looks identical to the Civic Si CD Player which has 4 channels.

Are there two available channels on the back of the OEM S2000 CD Player?

 

Yes there are 4 channels but you will need a different harness to use them. I bought rear speaker panels and a rear spearker harness from http://www.lucidautomotive.com/
I am using Kenwood 5 1/4 3-ways on the rear channels and it improved the sound enough that I can actually hear the music at 70mph
