MPFI conversion question

In that article in Honda Tuning, when it says wire injector 1 in...does that mean cylinder 1 or the 1st injector to fire?

injectors are named after the cylinder thay are looking at
for example inj #1 its the one on the #1 cylinder....
and if u looking at the engine they go like this 4...3...2...1...
