Default I need to know proper bleeding technique...

I just replaced the rear pads on my 91 CRXsi. I had a LOT of troubles with the job, and I ended up taking off the calipar. I put them back on, and tried my best to bleed the breaks properly, but they still seem a bit "squishy".

Perhaps there is still air in the line.

Can somebody please give me a detailed step-by-step explanation about how to bleed break systems?
