Quick help on reset ECU

Hi all, can someone tell me how to reset ECU on ITR? I just installed my AEM CAI, but I forgot to plug in the sensor before I start the engine and therefore the CEL comes on. It won't even go away even I plug the sensor back. So I guess I should reset my ECU? I would appreciate if someone can give me some instruction of how to do it, thanks in advance!

pull out the 15 amp efi fuse in the fuse box

disconnect the battery for a few mins

but if you do that you loose all the radio presets and stuff....

im not arguing but when you get paid by the job and if you can cut a few mins off the job time, thats where you make your money! he hee. just funnin. either way will work.
