It's not the rotor! What part is this?

Just picked these up from Advance Auto Parts. I thought the center part where the axle meets the inside teeth were part of the rotor.
Here's what I got from Advance Auto Parts:

I would like to replace the center part where the rusted teeth are before putting the GSR axles in:

Thanks for any help!

So it looks like you got a lot of work ahead of you if you need to replace the wheel bearing.

You want a new hub, but you might as well buy 1994-2001 Integra front spindles and swap those in while you're at it, because if you try to just buy the hub and then have them pressed in you'll be spending too much money.
Spindles will be much easier to swap in (meaning you can do this at home
) and you will be getting the added benefit of better braking.
The only thing you'd need a shop to do for you would be an alignment, because installing spindles will throw the alignment all wacky up front because one of the connection points for each spindles is the tie rod end of the steering rack, which is how you adjust front toe.

That' s your wheel bearing
The wheel bearing surrounds the hub. It is a totally seperate piece that looks to be of a chomoly or stainless-type of steel. You have to remove the hub to get to the wheel bearing.
That rusty toothed thing is again, the hub itself.
The wheel bearing is something different altogether.

i did a whole write up on a cheap 5 lug conversion, let me know if you guys want me to post again, it involves using oem integra parts and the whole conversion cost less that 500 (no wheels) and all the parts will be all new.
no more paying 1500 for all used parts when you need to replace stuff first.
no more paying 1500 for all used parts when you need to replace stuff first.
ill try to find the complete write up with oem part numbers and prices but for now here it is.
all integras have the same knuckles in the front and trailing arms in the rear, even the wheel bearings are the same, the only difference is the hub and the brakes.
go to acura and order the type-r hubs and if you want get new wheel bearings
get some brembo or even some autozone rotors,
get some 91-94 accord wagon calipers or type-r (they are the exact same part numbers) so you can find the accord calipers cheap at a junk yard or even at autozone or pep boys
new brake pads and your brake hoses will be fine
the whole thing if you shop around for good prices will only cost about 500-600 and thats for a 5 lug conversion with new rotors and bearings and pads.
so no more paying 1500 for a 5 lug then putting another 200 for new parts.
you can also fit nsx calipers on this conversion and front type-r calipers from the dealer were only like 120 when i checked last and they took my type-r calipers as cores.
