Default Reaffirm my belief on this subject!!

I just want someone to reaffirm to me that any auto D-series tranny will work on an auto equipped car (aka an auto tranny from an EF will bolt up and work on an EG civic). Are there any connections or anything I need to change??

I said that only so I could get someone to reply and guess what........it worked! I was joking though seriously, you guys on here have helped me through a lot of problems. Just wish someone would answer me with a definitive answer.

Try http://www.automatictranniesuckassholes.com

Sorry that hardly anyone here bothers with auto trannies.

To get you a bit closer they will bolt up to each other, but as far as actual connections and whatnot I'm not sure.

WHY do you ask?

I know noone likes them and neither do I but I don't yet have the money for my H22 swap and I need to get this car on the road again. My local junkyard has alot of auto trannied EF 4 doors sitting around and I figure it would be cheap at $50 to just pull one out there and use it. hopefully someone will know the answer. And thanks for the great link!
