What part is this?

Aight, I'm in the middle of pulling my d16 from my 90 EX Sedan, I've gotten down to the mounts but on top of the driver side one is a black box, bout the size of the coolant reservoir. Its held by 2 phillips top 10mm bolts and 1 other one I havent found yet, with 2 sets of wires running from it and a tube from the bottom that jus goes about 2 inches to an open end. What the heck is that box? I was thinking maybe cruise control module but the manual doesnt place it there, anyone got a clue? Its not there on my 90 DX and sorry I dont have a digi-cam but any ideas are appreciated.
