the best tire size for a Honda with 15" is as stated above: 205/50/15

 

195/55-15 and 205/50-15 will maintain a rolling circumference that is closest to stock.

 

205/50.. i rub a lot cause my car is dumped. but i need to raise it for autox

 

195-50-15 lower profile and looks really nice

 

195/50-15 will affect your odometer/speedometer accuracy. If you travel 2.6 miles, the odometer will say you traveled 2.7 miles. But to some people, it's not a big deal.

 

Stock 14 inchers: 23.5 in diameter
195/55/15 (factory size on Integras and Civic Si): 23.5 diameter
205/50/15: 23.1 in diameter

 

1) They don't make the 520 anymore, sadly.

2) When they did, they never made a 205/50- 15 size. All sizes were 16" and up for the 520.

 

1) I know they dont make the A520's anymore. bought in 2000.

2) yes they did make a 205 width 15 inch 50 profile tire. more than a thousand people rock this size .

3) do your research before you voice your opinion.

3) Opinion really doesn't need much research in order to be voiced. That's why it's opinion. But I speak fact, and for the past three years, I never saw any A520 that was offered in a 15" size. So again... prove me wrong.

if u got 15x6 or 15x6.5 get 195/50... cuz 205 feels sloppy... i had
6.5" wide rims with 205/50 tires..(stock s2000 rims FRONTS).
it was sloppy as hell. i didn't like or cared for it. then i drove with
15x7 runing 205/50 15" on a EK. feels perfect but has to be by 7..
thats just my opinion

 

you can pull it off on an EG sometimes, but that is entirely too small for an EK. you start to look like the queers that lower their pontiac grand am's with 45 series tires on stock wheels.

im running 195-50-15 but I will be getting 205-50-15 . For some reason the 195's seem a little too low profile for my taste. Im going autocrossing in a few weeks so i will know how they perform.

btw: I have BfGoodrich T/A 'a

 

Im running 195 Yokohama Avid H4s (also discontinued) on 15x7 wheels and the tread barely reaches the edge of the contact patch. I want to run 205s i think the tires would last a little longer, and look bettter. Rick
