Default which rims

which rims should i get?...i heard that enkei's add 17 whp, but only in chrome...why does the chrome work better, is it more arrowdynamic???
Also, if i take off my front/rear bumpers, ill run a faster 1/4 mile, due to less weight, right? What time difference do you think ill see on my 97 civic ex?...2-4 seconds is what my friend said, but i think it should be more.

Dude, your car will not be 4 seconds faster by removing the bumpers. Do you realize how fast a 2-4 second decrease in quarter mile time is? Lets say your car is 15.6 Sec. stock... add A/E/H and now you run a 15.3, your telling me now just remove the bumpers and you can be a 11.3 second car. If this is the case, why do motor swaps and turbo, lets just buy enkei's in chrome and take off our bumpers. Watch out Stephan Papadakis, I am 2 screws and 9 clips away from being a 10 Sec. car!
