I have a 91 crx front clip, and was wanting to swap the hood, fenders, bumper, and all related accessories over to my 91 4door. I was hoping someone may know if this is a bolt on swap or if it will require fabrication and so on.

 

Depends on what year the 4 door is. I know already that youll have to remove the 'intermediate' piece between the hood and bumper on your 4 door to fit the CRX bumper in (the bumper meets directly with the hood on the CRX's whereas on the Civics it has a middle piece btwn the hood and bumper). And the mounting holes on the bumper for the Rex might be diff from the civic. I wanted to put the CRX bumper on my 90 SI hatch, but never got the chance because I sold the car. But from what Ive seen, as far as body panels, everything *should* be the same, dont quote me on that tho.

 

it will not work, without some real customizing. the crx has fenders that dont really match up to a civic let alone a 4door
