Default body kit question.

Any of you who got body kit, where did you get paint job and how much you pay for body kit? did you paint just body kit or whole car? Also body kits from ebay are pretty cheap like this one, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=36475 . Anyone had experiences with ebay body kits? Would you get one from ebay or pay more and get from some where else? thanks for your answers.

get the body kit,..wait till you can afford to paint the whole car,..dont put the body kit on and drive around with just the body kit primered and the car painted,..thats just ghey,..paint the whole car so the paint will match,...dont buy from ebay because you dont get no guarantee if it gets damaged during shipping,...get it from a shop that might replace the kit if it gets damaged during shipping,...good luck

you get what you paid for, i've learned that in a hard way, i actually spend more time and money try to get my 400 dollars bodykit to fit and look right, and if you know a good body shop, they should be able to match the new paint and your original paint very well..

i do to but not some ugly wide body kit or some stupid black widow kit on a car with rediculously low sideskirts that u cant drive anywhere with. **** i learned the hard way with that, thats why i went with nice urethane sides and a c west style front bumper car looks clean and now i have a rear kit bumper for sale.....so if anyone interested 92-95 buddy club rear bumper for a coupe 150 bucks.

look, i realize that most peopel who own hondas have or have had a body kit(i had one too a few years back). you may not understand this right now but you will start to hate bodykits, you will outgrow them when you realize that they are completely defacing a very clean smooth looking car. get a front lip and be done.... you will also come to realize that "standing out" is stupid, it will result in theft or police attention. and in case you live under a rock.... ricers are stupid, there is no such thing as performance and style b/c these stupid flakes add hundreds of lbs to their cars, slap 18" crome rims on and enough neon to rob current from the alternator. then they step back look at their STOCK car with $10,000 worth of apperance upgrades, and dont do **** about the engine brakes or suspension except lowering springs, intake, exaust, and cross drilled rotors with crome rear disk brake "simulators "from APC.
you n00bs are so ******* lucky that you are all coming in at one time b/c about 3 months ago you would have been heckled out of this TECH site in 5 minutes flat. if you turn this site into another club si we will hunt every one of you juveniles down

HAHA ..... Funny ! I have to agree though .. what I used to think was cool now for the most part looks gaudy every now and then I see a car with a very simple kit and a clean install and say hey that looks nice .. but NOT OFTEN

most people call one of my hatchbacks rice but i still hit a 13.2 on the 1/4,..which i think is a respectable time for a widebody kit car,...who really gives a damn what someone else does to thier car,..is what they prefer,...ive had one or two clean style cars with b16as and b18cs come up on my LSvtec and still got owned,...its whatever you want to do,..all i got to say is if you are gonna go with a kit,...be prepared to back the looks up with some speed because you will get messed with
