Default camber unajustable??????

I 've got a 99 civic DX hatch, I put sprint springs on it (dropped I think 2.5" in front and 2" in back) about 2 years ago.
I had it aligned and it worked great , no pulling, 17" wheels and tires are on too, and no wobble or anything. fast forward to today... I 've got unbalenced wheels in front, and it pulls to the right somewhat... I went' to tires plus to have it aligned and **** quit and they said that I need camber kits to fix my angles because that's why i get the pull.... I said what about my toe settings,,, he's like , i can do you toe but you will still get the pull... cux you have neg. camber....
he sets toe and there's still a pull... but if the place that put the springs on could align it with out a kit , how come they cant'?
Anyone out there know civic suspensions pretty well?
Can't they be still be aligned without a kit?
let me know

True, the camber on a double wishbone is non-adjustable.

My experience with unbalanced wheel is that it will shake, is you 17s wide like 7.5? Some shop do have a hard time balancing large 17s. Do you have a rim lip for your wheel when they mount the stuff on to do an alignment? Some wheels without the lip will cause alignments that are not accurate.

Excessive camber will cause tire wear. I have not heard it causing your car to pull. I assume your shocks are ok too, so you car is balance and not tilted?

Try swtich the wheels around and see what happens. Could it be that one of your wheels are damage?
