Default H22A 02 Sensor Help

Have a H22A swampped in my Accord. Also did a tranny swap... Dont think that should matter... Car is OBD II ecu and engine is OBD I.... Car is throwing code ... Mechanic says its 02 sensor checked the 02 sensor and it is fine nothing wrong with it. But continues to throw code and the only other symptom is car hesitating when the car is cold and it smells like gas. once the car heats up it still throws the code but hestitation is gone. Mechanic says injectors is shooting too much fuel. He is kinda stumpped on what is wrong... any help would be appreciated. Only 1 of my 02 sensor is plugged in so it is not that. Pretty sure the wiring is correct... bc we used a piggy back had the same problem then he wired it by hand it still had the same problem.

Oh, I once knew a guy that had the same problem. It was fixed after he took a few English classes!
