what will compression be in my car if i do this????

well i was looking in to doing ITR or CTR pistons in my b16a but i was told that the ITR wont up my compression..
whats the deal?
i would like to do either CTR or ITR pistons.
i would like to have 11.0.1 compression

a stupid ?, how much will you be paying for those pistons???
is it really worth it?

I don't know... but some people really expect A LOT from factory parts, then when they pay outrageous prices and the outcome is not that great they get pissed off
