Ok, since the search archive is disabled I need to ask, how bad is it to buy used cams? I apologize if this has been covered many times before but the search is not working. And when buying used cams, what should i be looking for as far as damage? I appreciate the replies.

 

I bought used CTR cams a few years ago, no problems at all. I looked them over carefully, checked for bad scarring or abnormal wear, but they were clean so I picked them up, had them ever since.

 

nothing wrong w/ buying used cams i know a ricer that bought some used jun3's perfect condition.

Look at the lobes carefully check for scarring or anything that shouldnt be there. Basically examine the lobes as well as you can.
