Default Spoon Sports Thermostat & Cooling Fan Switch

Anyone know if the Spoon Sports thermostat and cooling fan switch for Prelude BB6 would fit in the 01 Accord V6? Thanks.

The might be the same size. don't know anyone that has tried it yet. You should call the dealer and see if they share the same part numbers.

or you could cross reference them at hondaautomotiveparts.com (very useful site!)

I wouldn't pay all the money for those two things, you can get cooler thermostats for really cheap at autozone, etc (just ask them)....and as for the switch, you could either get it through them, or figure out a way to do the same thing with some basic electronics, I've never looked into it, but I think you'd either just need to wire a resistor in-line with the sensor, or wire in some type of low-powered "amplifier" (probably just some ten cent transistors)

The cooling fan switch is just that - a switch. Modifying the signal with resistors or an amp would only work if it was a transducer that had some kind of proportional signal. As it is its just on & off; so you have to find one that fits, with a lower setpoint.
