Default F22 DOHC or back with the H23?

Hi,
Last year I bought a H23. It had around 160k miles on it and I wasnt expecting it to last that long, and I had originally planned to put an H22 in it . . . however due to lack of funds and lack of time, im forced to go with something else . . . I called about reinstating an H23 in and found out about the F22, ( not knowing too too much about motors). The dealer told me that the F22 DOHC's ususally last longer than the H23s. . and have same hp . . . however I know they're slacking a lil on the torque . . but is it better? The 160hp @ 6000rpm instead 5500 is that gonna help or hurt? thanks

The F22B DOHC is an H23 with an 85mm bore instead of 87mm...that's like the only difference.
