Default JDM Type S Piston

Hi, I just got the Type S 0.50 OS piston and rings. Do you know if it's necessary for me to change the valve also? I also have the Type S valve springs and camshafts. Most places that sells it said that I don't need it but some mechanics told me that I need to replace the valve to Type S valve if I'm using the Type S piston or else the valve could bent or something like that, I'm not too sure. Is that true?

no.

the possibility of a valve hitting a piston is created by very high lift w/ high compression, or very high RPM with a weak valve spring.

Are you sure about that? Because I really don't want to run into problem later on in the future, that's why.
